Core Drilling & Grouting

Core Drilling

Core Drilling techniques are used when precise diameter cuts are required for openings.  Using diamond drill pieces cooled with water to eliminate the dust associated with the process of drilling, holes can be drilled vertically, horizontally, angled or inverted.

Drill Depth: Any requested depth
Diametre Sizing: 12 – 1200 mm
Suitability: Concrete, Limestone, Granite, Marble, Porcelain, Steel, Bitumen, Brick
Common Applications:  Plumbing, Electrical, and Gas Services, Core Samples, Lifting Holes
Variations:  Electric, Hydraulic, Petrol
Drilling Methods:  Vertical, Horizontal, Angled, Inverted

Stitch Drilling

Stitch Drilling is an extension of core drilling, whereby a series of overlapping core holes are drilled to form openings in floors and walls for removing any thickness concrete in restricted situations where other equipment use is not suitable.

Dry Drilling

Dry Core Drilling techniques are used when precise diameter cuts are required for openings.  Unlike standard Core Drilling, Dry Drilling techniques use diamond drill pieces without water however, this method limits the depth and diameter size.

Hammer Drilling

Drill Depth: 700mm
Diametre Sizing: 15 – 52 mm
Suitability: Concrete, Limestone, Granite, Bitumen, Brick
Common Applications:  Plumbing, Electrical, and Gas Services, Lifting holes, Anchor Bars, Dowel Holes
Variations:  N/A
Drilling Methods:  Vertical, Horizontal, Angled, Inverted
